Is there parking near the venue?
The Convention Center has on-site parking for nearly 1,000 cars, with additional spaces within easy walking distance. On-site parking is located behind the building. The Prime Osborn Convention Center

Does one ticket give me unlimited access to the show?
All tickets are good for any one day of the show. Same day re-entry is available by having your hand stamped.
Are there any special days or promotional days I should know about?
Yes. Friday of the show is Senior Day & Hero Day and Sunday of the show is Teacher Day. Click here for more information.
Do you have any military discounts?
Yes. Friday of the show is Hero Day, click here for more information.
Are pets allowed at this event? No. We do not allow pets at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
Are strollers allowed at this event?
Yes. We hope you and your little one have a great time at the show!
Do you have wheelchairs or motorized scooters available for rent?
Yes, wheelchairs are available for use free of charge on a first come, first serve basis with proper ID. The Jacksonville Home & Patio Show would like to thank Total
Care Medical Service (904-730-7285) for supplying our guests the wheelchairs at no charge. Motorized scooters are not available.
Do you have a coat or baggage check?
No.
Can I bring a backpack?
Yes, but please note that all bags are subject to search upon entering the facility.
Can I bring my own food into the show?
No, outside food and/or drink are not permitted.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the Savor...Jacksonville concessions. We also have food trucks available on Friday and Sunday. Please note no outside food or beverage
is allowed.
How do I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
There will be show guides at the front of the show with the exhibitors listed alphabetically in each section along with the corresponding booth number.
I’d like to avoid crowds. When is the best time to attend the show?
Friday is the best time to visit the show if you are looking to avoid crowds.

Does attending a celebrity presentation cost extra?
No. Celebrity appearances and presentations are included with the cost of your ticket.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, seating is available on a first-come basis. All celebrity performances are included in the price of your admission ticket.

to enjoy, plan to spend a few hours at the show. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will). The Jacksonville Home + Patio Show is
