At Marketplace Events, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and staff. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and considerate manner at all times, treating others with dignity and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, or any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe will not be tolerated in any form, whether in person, online, or in communications related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome comments, offensive or discriminatory language, or actions that interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy the event. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to event staff, security, or by visiting the show office. Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.

When you purchase tickets online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Can’t find it? Click here to have the confirmation email resent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.

We do not. We recommend bringing your own wheelchair or scooter if you need one.

Yes, but please note that all bags are subject to search upon entering the facility.

No, outside food and/or drink are not permitted.

Yes, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the Savor...Jacksonville concessions. We also have food trucks available on Friday and Sunday.  Please note no outside food or beverage is allowed. 

The Convention Center has on-site parking for nearly 1,000 cars, with additional spaces within easy walking distance. On-site parking is located behind the building. The Prime Osborn Convention Center charges $12.00 for parking, subject to change.  Prime Osborn Convention Center Parking Map

Heroes will be honored all three days of the show. We invite all active military personnel, veterans, police, fire, and first responders to attend the show free of charge. Simply present valid ID at the box office. For your service and sacrifice, we thank you. Please note, this offer does not extend to family members, click here for more information.

There will be show guides at the front of the show with the exhibitors listed alphabetically in each section along with the corresponding booth number. 

All tickets are good for any one day of the show.  Same day re-entry is available by having your hand stamped.

No. We do not allow pets at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors. 

Friday is the best time to visit the show if you are looking to avoid crowds.
